Ergonomics, Physical environmental factors

All technically significant physical working environment factors are explored in the Department "Ergonomics, Physical Environmental Factors", including noise, vibration, optical radiation, electromagnetic fields and waves, and ergonomic spot problems encountered in the design of physical labour, the hazards of musculo-skeletal strain and stress, both in technical measurement analysis and in providing prevention advice. Hearing protection is tested and certified according to European directives and guidelines and special applications are researched.
