Our working environment is impacted by climate change, with high temperatures and heat putting a strain on the physical and mental well-being of the workforce. And the longer a heatwave continues, the more it limits our performance, increasing the risk of accidents. However, businesses are not yet sufficiently well prepared for this.
The road safety initiative #mehrAchtung (#MoreConsideration) is seeking to increase people’s attentiveness to others on the road. DGUV Kompakt spoke to the DVR Director General about accident figures and possible solutions to increase safety.

EU-OSHA is launching a campaign on safe and healthy workplaces in the digital age. The German kick-off event will take place at the DGUV in Berlin on 2 November. The topics will be remote work, smart digital systems and robotics in OSH.
