Stress lab

What actually happens in our bodies when we’re stressed?
Our stress lab has the answer. Seminar participants take part in measurement exercises to find out which physical
functions react to stress. Stress alters our efficiency, our feelings and our physical functions (e.g. increased heart
rate). The exact effects of stress can differ from person to person. The trainer explains the reasons for the reactions
and teaches the participants ways of influencing them.
