Consultancy services of the IAG

Improvements are always possible, to anything. That includes the design and organization of work, and the safeguarding of good health. The specialist expertise required for this purpose, however, is not always available in-house. Sometimes, an outsider's perspective is also needed. For that reason, we advise the statutory accident insurance institutions and the insured companies on a range of subjects relating to occupational safety and health and health protection.

The focus lies upon issues concerning human beings and their interaction with their working environment. For example: What can be done to prevent bullying? How can processes of corporate change be managed? What improvements can be made to human-machine interfaces? How can the workplace be made as ergonomic as possible? For this purpose, we use methods from the social and natural sciences, and combine them as required with process and technology-oriented approaches.

Issues concerning the changing world of work are becoming increasingly relevant. The IAG is concerned here primarily with the world of work against the backdrop of demographic change.
