Electronic evaluation of questionnaires: reliable and rapid
Polls are the most commonly used form of empirical social research. They are often employed in written form. The costs per person are relatively low, and they are suitable for virtually all areas of application. A large random sample, i.e. the questioning of many people, however, necessitates long periods for the processing and evaluation of data. Manual evaluation, including comprehensible and attractive presentation of the results, not only involves considerable time, effort and expense; it is also prone to error.
In order for us to evaluate our own training provision as effectively as possible, we use questionnaires which can be evaluated electronically. The IAG also also uses the automated evaluation of questionnaires for customer satisfaction analyses, for example in the Academy Hotel, and in its co-operation with the accident insurance institutions for a range of research projects and for initial and further training measures.
We can evaluate your questionnaire.
- Electronic questionnaires can be used for subjects such as the following:
- Evaluation of initial and further training measures
- Questionnaires and checklists on topics relating to occupational safety and health and health protection
- Staff surveys
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- Analyses of the effectiveness of publicity measures and campaigns
- Quality management
- Trade fair surveys
We would also be pleased to advise you on the design of your survey.
