    In the film "Annika will Hockey spielen" (Annika wants to play hockey) by Christof Dörr, Annika talks about her cancer diagnosis and her dream of playing hockey again. The German Paralympic Media Award (GPMA) honours stories such as these and gives a voice to people who we do not hear from often enough. This promotes inclusion.

    The #mehrAchtung initiative is aimed at road users – regardless of which form of transport they use. This initiative was launched by the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) and the German Road Safety Council (DVR) and aims to promote better interactions between road users, more respect and more attentiveness on the road. The German social accident insurance is a cooperation partner of the initiative.

    Violence at the workplace can take many forms. Employees in the health and social services sector are particularly affected. The German social accident insurance welcomes the ratification of “ILO Convention No. 190 concerning the elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work” by the German Federal Government.
