The aim of the research project is to verify the assumption that the new reporting procedure "Early reporting procedure respiratory tract" is suitable for identifying persons with possible developing risks of an obstructive respiratory disease in the sense of an occupational diseases BK 4301, 4302 or 1315 (without alveolitis) with regard to the target parameters for an earlier course of the disease (compared to cases of occupational diseases). Furthermore, further findings from the occupational health assessment of clinical data and the contextual factors of IP cases are focused.
In the context of an observational study on routine data, the data (routine data) of the reported insured (IP cases) obtained during the trial phase of the respiratory procedure are evaluated anonymousely. As a comparison (control group), a sample of occupational diseases (BK cases) reported in the pilot regions or in regions of similar industrial character in the last 5 and 10 years, respectively, were included. The involved cases of occupational diseases (BK cases) concerned the numbers 4301, 4302 or 1315 (excluding alveolitis) of the appendix to the BKV. The study was designed as a study of routine data.
