Stress Chamber

  • Stress lab

What actually happens in our bodies when we’re stressed?

Our stress chamber has the answer. Seminar participants take part in measurement exercises to find out which physical functions react to stress. Stress alters our performance, our feelings and our physical functions (e.g. increased heart rate). The exact effects of stress can differ from person to person. The trainer explains the reasons for stress reactions and teaches participants ways of influencing them.
