Java Script

Problem: Nothing happens when "Search" option is clicked.

You have deactivated Java Script although Java Script has to be activated. Activate as follows:

  • Internet Explorer: Extras - Internet Options - Security - Medium Level
  • Mozilla Firefox: Extras - Settings - Content - enable Java Script

Cookies

Problem: the following message appears after a search process is carried out:
Search results
There is currently no active search. After performing a search, the resulting list of documents will be displayed here.

Cookies have been deactivated in your browser. It is a requirement of the system that cookies are enabled for this application. Enable cookies as follows:

Kaspersky virus scanner

Problem: When the "Search" button is clicked, only the right-hand part (the substance data display window) is opened, and not the left-hand part (the search window).

The "anti-banner" function is activated in your Kaspersky virus scanner. You must switch the function off under Settings - Protection.
