Examination of the first support system in public transportation sector

Aims:

The objective of this research study is the scientific examination of the first support system in public transportation. Two companies will be compared.
The expected central result will be first empirical findings regarding the mode of operation and efficacy concerning the incidence of stress disorder and the absence time of employees. Only acute care conducted by trained non-professionals will be explored.
The examination of the first support system will be in accordance with the evidence class II-1 (following AWMF-Guideline No. 051/027).

- Historical Cohort Study with three arms of intervention
- Development of a survey instrument based on theories
- Adjusted multifactorial analysis
- Generation of further hypotheses regarding the mode of operation via descriptive analysis and interviews
