IFA certification of QA systems

Certification of QA systems is conducted on the basis of the "Prüf- und Zertifizierungsordnung der Prüf- und Zertifizierungsstellen im DGUV Test" ["Rules of Procedure for Testing and Certification carried out by the Testing and Certification Bodies in DGUV Test" BGG 902], available as a brochure from the DGUV Publication Database. The standard contract between customers and IFA is available for download.

You can fill out the forms online by using the tabulator key to move from one data entry field to the next, and then print out the completed form when finished. If you would also like to save a copy of the forms, you need to have Acrobat Writer (Acrobat Reader software alone will not work to do this). Save the form on your computer first and fill it out afterwards.
