Integration of work protection in quality management

Aims:

Quality competition on the open EU market has characterised the 1990s. German industry must therefore be able to guarantee assured quality production as well as to demonstrate this. Quality management systems and quality assurance manuals should be placed in an integrated framework in which work protection should also be incorporated. Goal: promotion of an integrated management approach: working out recommendations for integrating work protection in quality management in the building and construction industry

Elaboration of a fundamental concept; testing in various building companies of varying size; optimisation of the concept
