Round-robin tests for metals

Production of the sampling media

The participants will receive approx. 1 g of a dust for analysis in order to identify five metals, e. g. Ni, Pb, Co, Cu and As. The selection of metals will be communicated in time. The methods of the German research society (DFG) [1] and the methods published in the IFA folder for identifying metallic dusts [2] are recommended as study methods. The analytic procedure (AAS methods, ICP) can be chosen at random.
