As digitalisation continues, work forms and locations will change. As a result, the way work is organised will change and so too the demands placed on managers. Promoting a culture of prevention in companies and organisations can encourage greater self-responsibility for one’s own safety and health at work, as well as support the leadership and motivation of employees. The DGUV is planning a long-term campaign to promote the culture of prevention which will start in 2017. More information is online:
