Black list
List of revoked/forged certificates and uncertified products
Unfortunately, since DGUV Test certification marks have a significant marketing value, there are sometimes isolated cases of misuse of our certificates and certification marks.
Examples of such misuse are:
- unauthorised application of the DGUV Test GS mark or the DGUV Test mark to the product,
- unauthorised modification of the product after testing and
- continued use of a certification mark on the product despite the certificate having been revoked.
To counter misuse of marks, we publish a list of revoked certificates and/or companies that have affixed our
certification mark to the products included in the list without our permission.
We have taken the utmost care in selecting this data but the list makes no claim to be exhaustive. The list is
published on the basis of our Rules of Procedure for Testing and Certification.
Reporting misuse to the DGUV Test secretariat If you have information about a product that you suspect might have an unauthorised certificate or certification mark, claimed to be from one of our DGUV Test testing and certification bodies, please get in touch with us!

- "American HongCho?": Forged certificate. No DGUV Test certificate has been issued for this company and there is no contractual relationship between the company and DGUV Test. The certificate is a forgery based on a correct certificate. Please note that our certificates always show the complete address of the certificate holder. Moreover, the forged certificate has a European ID number belonging to an Italian notified body (top left) and the name of our testing and certification body is incomplete (top right). (Click here to see the forged certificate.)
