List of tested smoking booths published
The DGUV’s BG Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BGIA - Institut für Arbeitsschutz) has published a list of six systems that have passed the Institute’s effectiveness test. Systems that have passed the test can be easily recognised by the BG-PRÜFZERT mark.
Tested check-out counters: certified ergonomic quality
A check-out operator’s job is not a comfortable one. The BG-PRÜFZERT Expert Committee on Structural Objects tests the ergonomics of check-out counters. Only those that offer excellent ergonomic quality can be awarded the coveted GS mark.
Wireless safety – New BG-PRÜFZERT codes of rules for testing control units
BG-PRÜFZERT has published new codes of rules for testing wireless control units, e.g. radio control devices. The new codes describe and bring together the requirements for such products, enabling them to be tested in a uniform and reproducible manner, thus improving safety.
