Our quality management system
Our quality policy aims to ensure that the services we perform on behalf of the institutions for statutory accident insurance and prevention and our customers are of the highest quality. Our process design is geared to continuous improvement in our working methods, guaranteeing, in particular, that recurring work processes are systematic, transparent and error-free.
Our quality policy ensures that testing and certification are carried out in a reproducible manner on the basis of objective criteria and that they are accepted and recognised nationally and internationally.
The DGUV Test quality management system (QM system) is documented on two levels:
- the generic part describes the DGUV Test system and the organisational aspects that apply to all DGUV Test testing and certification bodies; and
- the testing and certification bodies’ QM documentation describes their individual organisational structures as well as giving details of their processes.
The content of the DGUV Test QM documentation is structured in line with the business and organisational processes.
The DGUV Test QM system conforms to the reference standards, DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021, DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and DIN EN 45011.
